🚌By Road: The temple is approximately 15 km from Nakrekal, which is a major town on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada Highway (NH65). From Hyderabad, it is a 120 km drive (about 2.5–3 hours).

🚌By Bus: Take any TSRTC bus from Hyderabad (MGBS or LB Nagar) heading towards Suryapet or Vijayawada and get down at Nakrekal. From the Nakrekal bus stand, frequent auto-rickshaws are available to take you directly to Adlur village.

🚉By Train: The nearest railway station is Nalgonda (NLDA), about 45 km away. However, most devotees prefer coming by road via Nakrekal for better frequency.
