Located about 40 km from Hyderabad, Sri Shanaishchara Swamy Temple, Madanapally (Shamshabad) is considered one of the largest and most prominent Shani temples in the world. The temple was constructed in 2012 on a vast 3-acre campus, making it a major spiritual landmark in the region. A unique feature of this temple is the presence of a small Shani Vigraham positioned in front of the grand main Shani statue, symbolizing humility and devotion before the powerful deity. The main Shani Swamy idol stands at an impressive height of approximately 12.5 feet and is worshipped along with Jeshta Mata, highlighting the traditional Shani worship lineage. In front of the main deity, the fierce guardian deities Chandi and Prachanda are installed, adding to the spiritual intensity and protective energy of the temple. 🚌By Road : Traveling by road is the most convenient method as the temple is located directly on the Hyderabad-Bangalore Highway (NH 44).

From Hyderabad City: It is approximately 40–50 km from the city center. Drive south towards Shamshabad and continue past the airport area on the Bangalore highway.

From Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA): The temple is just a 15–20 minute drive (around 15 km) south of the airport.

Local Transport: You can easily find TSRTC buses heading towards Jadcherla or Mahbubnagar that stop near Peddatopra. Private taxis and ride-sharing services from Hyderabad are also readily available.

Umdanagar Railway Station: This is the closest station, located near Shamshabad (approx. 18 km away). It serves local passenger trains.
